Sarah has been teaching fitness for nearly 40 years. From jazzercise inspired dance aerobics to lo and high impact, step, slide, kickboxing, spin, boot camp, muscle conditioning, water aerobics, trampoline, hula hoops…she has done it all. Back in the day it was all about leg warmers, headbands, thong leotards and shiny flesh toned tights and music was record albums, then cassettes, then CD’s. She has taught at gyms and country clubs, spas, community colleges, at resorts, in corporate settings, in parks and community centers, in private homes and small studios.
At last, she has focused on her favorites formats and now her specialties: Pilates and Yoga and stretch. Inspired by these formats, Sarah has created short, 10 minute workouts that you can do anytime/anywhere, incorporating her years of teaching experience and many, many certifications to back up the safety and success.
Sarah’s philosophy is “learn to move your body with ease and freedom, in a way that feels good and is fun!”
